Who are the USD rates for?+
The USD prices are ShopJedi’s published service rates for international clients. We confirm the applicable market, member status, scope, and invoicing currency before work begins.
What does “member” pricing mean?+
Member pricing applies to Shopify stores registered through ShopJedi’s referral programme. We will confirm eligibility before quoting.
Can ShopJedi work from our own design?+
Yes. Implementation starts from RM7,000 when the design follows the chosen theme structure, and from RM15,000 when substantial custom sections and layouts are required.
Can we add more markets later?+
Yes. Additional market setup can be added from RM1,500 per market, subject to content and integration requirements.
What does White label mean?+
We remove the “Powered by Shopify” credit and do not add “Designed by ShopJedi” or “Developed by ShopJedi” branding to your store. White label is included with Sedan, Limo, and Ultimate Limo, but not Mini.
How many free design amendments are included?+
Limo and Ultimate Limo include up to 3 free design amendments within the agreed design scope. Further amendments and new requirements are quoted separately. Mini and Sedan do not include design services; design can be added from RM3,000, with scope confirmed first.
Are paid themes and apps included?+
Limo includes a paid ThemeForest theme. Ultimate Limo includes a paid theme from the Shopify Theme Store or ThemeForest. For Sedan, the merchant supplies the selected theme. Mini uses a free Shopify theme. App installation allowances do not include paid app subscription fees.
